BIG-O initially operated within the retail sector before expanding into high-volume wholesale and distribution. Over the years, the business has grown its product range, customer base, distribution capabilities and supplier network.

Today, the business operates from Crown Mines in Johannesburg and Rensburg in Heidelberg, serving customers from small independent businesses through to larger commercial and high-volume buyers.
